Community Development
The Jewish Community Council of Pelham Parkway works with property owners, tenants and local merchants to foster investment and pride in Pelham Parkway. Council programs promote Pelham Parkway as a good place to live, work and do business.

The Council helped create, and provides leadership on the board of, the Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corporation whose work helped secure over $14 Million in re-investment in the community’s multi-family housing stock.

The Council works to help maintain the area’s small business and assure that our constituents have access to Kosher food and other communal needs.
